Jennifer Knox has dedicated herself to advancing the science and soul of wellness. With certifications in personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise, group fitness, stretching and flexibility, COVID management, First Aid, and CPR, she brings a comprehensive toolkit to every client session. Her experience spans over a decade, working with individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds, from first-time movers to seasoned athletes; always tailoring movements to meet people where they are.

Her vision is to use evidence-based practices, compassionate coaching, and personalized programs to promote health, independence, and longevity among senior clients. Jenny and I met three years ago when my daughter handed me a piece a paper for a local gym with Jenny's name and number. It was the start of an amazing friendship and an amazing improvement to my life. With my goals to maintain a healthy weight and reinforce my belief that age is only a number, Jenny worked with me to tailor workouts that increased my mobility and strength, improved my balance while encouraging me at each session to meet a new goal. Comparing the improvement in balance, strength and mobility from my first session to my last, it is so apparent that one of the best decisions I made to have positive aging was working with Jenny as my personal trainer.
Working with Jenny Knox as my personal trainer has been a truly transformative experience. She guided me to see my goals and my own potential through an entirely new lens, helping me push past limits I didn't even realize I had set for myself. Jenny has been my personal trainer for four years, and what started as a weekly workout has become an enduring relationship—despite my repeated attempts to be mediocre at best. She enthusiastically takes on not one but three of us every Monday morning, patiently reminding me what comes next, counting my reps, and convincing me that yes, I can do this. What truly sets Jenny apart is that she genuinely believes her clients are capable of more, and when we need modifications (or are feeling stubborn), she seamlessly adapts while still targeting the goal. Her expertise, patience, and compassion make her one of my favorite people—and someone I wholeheartedly recommend.
I began working out with Jenny over 4 years ago and it was the best decision! I have a few recurring injuries from the past and Jenny knows how to help me safely target those areas to strengthen and improve mobility. Jenny cares about the whole body and is driven by care, never ego. She creates challenging but doable workouts that keep me coming back for more.
